The TRS 550 recycling screen is a highly efficient and versatile mobile screening machine, with a specialist screenbox from German manufacturer Spaleck. The proven Terex platform, with standard features such as a steel apron feeder, combined with state of the art 3D top deck screening panels and a highly aggressive flip-flow bottom deck allow the TRS 550 to perform in the most difficult of applications.
The intelligent 3D top deck design virtually eliminates blockages while the aggressive flip flow mats never blind over even in the dampest of material, greatly reducing downtime and maximising production capabilities. Scrap metal, compost, wood chips, difficult soils, auto fluff and C&D waste are just a few of the many applications this machine excels in.
The TTS 518 shares the same intuitive control system and ‘push to start’ buttons used on the TTS 620, allowing the operator to effortlessly configure the machine to suit the required application. The intelligent feed control system continually monitors the machine adjusting the feeder speed to optimise screening performance and throughput. Being driven at the head, the feeder provides an excellent and continuous feed rate, reducing slippage in difficult applications. The feeder has also been designed as a slide out cassette which allows for easy maintenance and quick and simple belt changing. The clear tunnel area underneath the feeder prevents material build up and allows any material in this area to drop directly onto the ground.
Providing a total screening area of 23m² the TTS 518 is fitted with a 1.8m x 4.7m horizontal drum with spiral design. With double-sided drum access via 180 degrees opening side doors, maintenance and drum changes can be carried out with ease. The TTS 518 has been designed to accept a number of other trommel manufacturers’ drums, enabling it to integrate seamlessly into an operators existing fleet.
The TTS 518 is fully equipped with the latest Stage V engine requirements and has been designed to provide excellent fuel efficiency and low operating costs. The swing out engine cradle provides unprecedented service access enabling daily checks and maintenance to be carried out safely from ground level. All the conveyors are fully modular allowing each to be removed independently, with the fines and oversize also lowering to ground level for maintenance.
An adaptable trommel suitable for all market conditions, the TTS 518T is a tracked unit providing increased site mobility.

TTS 620T tracked trommel screen features a highly efficient engine and hydraulic drive system combined with advanced material processing control system offer maximum production combined with minimum costs. It is ideally suited for screening compost, biomass, soil, gravel & waste.
An intuitive push button control panel allows the operator to easily configure the machine to suit the required application whilst the intelligent feeder control system continually adjusts the feeder speed to optimise screening rates. Special consideration has been given to minimise change out time for the screening drum. The process, which takes a matter of minutes, places the TTS 620T as a market leader. The machine has also been designed to accept a number of other manufacturers screening drums allowing customers to smoothly integrate the TTS 620T into established fleets.
Unprecedented levels of service access catapults the TTS 620T into a league of its own. All conveyors are built to a modular design allowing each one to be removed independently for ease of maintenance. The swing out engine cradle gives operators unrestricted ground level access to all service components. Hinged doors on both sides of the trommel drum offers unobstructed access for maintenance and cleaning.
